Saturday, September 1st

Hi Everyone.

Jordan was moved back up to the Barbara Bush Wing yesterday. She looks beautiful and her skin is "glowing" again! Although she is better and does not need to be in the ICU they have still asked to reduce the visitors to immediate family for now. Don't worry - we will let you know as soon as she can receive visits. One of her therapists asked me something yesterday and I know I had talked with Terry & Julie about this before. Instead of making a tape recorded tape of her friends have someone video them so she could hear their voices or when she is able ~ she could watch them as well!! Jordan had a really good restful night last night and of course I stayed with her! I am learning a lot over these past few days and I want to take her in my arms and leave this place but I know that is not what is best for her. It is our belief she is getting better and better every day and stronger and stronger. She has to with all the love, prayer and support she is receiving from all of you. Keep those energies coming (we believe they are working!) We love all of you and can't wait for the day to thank you all in person. There are just too many to even start to list and I would never want to leave anyone out. We are just so truely greatful to everyone!!

Love: Brenda, Jimmy and Jordan

It's a little strange that we are so incredibly happy that Jordan got so mad, don't you think? That's the first time that's ever been the case for me, but I can't even tell you how happy I am that she's doing better!!!! Please let her know that I tried to get a string put on her hat so she could wear it, but everyone else said no....Aw well.

The bracelet I made for her has moonstone beads,(don't know if Pat told you or not) and that stone has extremely good healing properties. I hope she can wear it. I know the string I used isn't the best, but the beads will work as long as they're touching her.

The best of wishes,
Desiree.

p.s. Emily and I missed Jordan a whole heck of a lot this past weekend up at camp! We went through a big puddle again, but it wasn't as fun with out her. She needs to wake up so we can go get dirty together!! lol.

p.p.s. Cherokee misses Jordan too. He told me to tell you to tell her that.

Good Morning Jim-Jim, Brenda and Jordan! We hope the horses on that blanket and pillow are keeping you warm and comfy Jordan! We talked to Shawn last night and will talk to him again tomorrow evening for the latest personal update. Please know that you are thought of each and every day...stay strong all of you.

Jordan, Will picked out the fleece for that pillow especially for you! He wants me to tell you to get well soon.

Love,
Karen, Jim & Will
