FRIDAY ~ DECEMBER 21st

Happy Birthday Grammy!
Hi Everyone. Sorry I haven't gotten to post anything until tonight. There is only one computer and it is very hard to get access to it.
Jordan & I are trying to settle in down here. It has been extremely difficult and we are VERY HOMESICK!!! Things are very different and not at all the way we are used to things.
It is distgusting (Jordan's words exactly). I have to say I agree. I have been sick for a week.
We found out today we will be here for another 3 weeks. Jordan is going to have surgery somewhere between Jan. 3rd - 10th on her vocal cords. She cannot talk without this surgery.
We want to hear more than whispers.
We cannot come home for Christmas as it is too far to travel BUT we have been cleared to go to Shawn & Patti's for the day so Jordan can be with her horse on Christmas. We will make the best for Christmas day for Jordan and we will celebrate again late January at home with a tree and holiday dinner and family & friends.
We are thankful to have Jordan for Christmas and that is all we want.
We have been blessed and thank each and every one of you for everything you have done for our family. We "BELIEVE".
Tomorrow we have a day pass to go to NH and Sunday we have been cleared to take her out around Boston.
Jordan and I are missing all of you terribly. We are trying to rush through each day to get home. We really miss Barbara Bush unit and all of the staff there. It was an amazing send off they did for Jordan and extremely emotional for me to leave. Jordans plan is to ride the "TRAIN" home when we come home for good. We are going to try to make it as exciting as possible.
